New hire onboarding plans
that prove they're ready

QuickRamp generates onboarding plans that track themselves. Day-by-day checklists, milestone tracking, and real metrics so you know where every new hire stands, every day.

How QuickRamp works

Three steps to structured, consistent onboarding that gets new hires productive in days, not months.

1

Tell us about your clinic

Select your specialty, the role you're hiring for, and how long you want onboarding to take. QuickRamp tailors everything to your specific setup.

2

Generate a plan for each hire

Select the role (MA, PA, front office), experience level, and timeline. QuickRamp builds a day-by-day plan tailored to your clinic's specialty and the hire's background.

3

Track milestones and success metrics

Each plan includes measurable benchmarks like time to first solo patient, first independent chart, and first full patient load. You'll know exactly where every new hire stands.

From “she started Monday” to “she's ready”

QuickRamp doesn't just tell you what to teach. It helps you confirm they actually learned it.

Step 1
Plan what to teach

QuickRamp builds a day-by-day onboarding plan with tasks, milestones, and timelines tailored to the role and your clinic.

Step 2
Track what they've done

Interactive checklists show progress in real time. You see what's complete and what's falling behind without asking.

Step 3
Verify they can do it

Each milestone includes test scenarios the supervisor uses to confirm the new hire can actually perform the task, not just that they were shown how.

What a competency check looks like

Built into every plan, at the end of each week

MA · Week 2
Room a patient solo

“A 62-year-old arrives for a BP med follow-up and mentions new headaches. Room this patient.”

Complete vitals with standing BP, document the headache as a new complaint, flag the provider before they walk in.
Front Office · Week 1
Handle an insurance issue at check-in

“A patient's insurance shows inactive. They say they switched plans last month. What do you do?”

Ask for the new card, verify eligibility before the visit, don't turn them away or guess.

Every plan includes these at each milestone. The supervisor verifies, not the new hire.

No signup needed to try. Paid plans available for tracking, verification, and clinic-specific plans.

How QuickRamp compares

Most onboarding tools out there are built for large organizations with dedicated HR teams and big budgets. You run a small clinic. You need something that works in 2 minutes, not 2 months.

QuickRamp was founded by Helen Zhu, PA-C — because she got tired of watching clinics reinvent the wheel every time someone new walked through the door.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I get for free?

You can generate one onboarding plan without signing up to see how it works. Create a free account to generate unlimited plans, save them, download, and print. No credit card needed.

What does the paid plan include?

The paid plan lets you upload your clinic's documents so future plans reflect your specific workflows. You also get progress tracking, supervisor competency verification, and weekly progress reports. Pricing details coming soon.

Do you store any patient data?

Never. QuickRamp only works with role types, clinic parameters, and training plans. We never ask for patient names, DOBs, SSNs, or any protected health information. Your clinic documents are isolated to your account and never shared.

How long does it take to generate a plan?

About 30 seconds. Fill out the form (role, specialty, experience level, duration), click generate, and your day-by-day plan streams in real-time.

Can I customize the plan after it's generated?

Yes. You can switch to Edit mode and change anything in the plan before saving or printing. Add tasks, remove ones that don't apply, reword things for your clinic. You can also check off tasks as your new hire completes them. For deeper customization, upload your clinic's documents and future plans will reflect your specific workflows.

What roles does QuickRamp support?

Medical Assistants, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Front Office/Receptionists, Billing/Coding Specialists, and Office Managers. Plans are tailored to each role and your clinic's specialty.

Who built this?

QuickRamp was founded by Helen Zhu, PA-C, a Physician Assistant with 10+ years of clinical experience across bariatric surgery (UCSF), occupational medicine, primary care, and telehealth. She built it because she was tired of disorganized onboarding at every clinic she worked at.

Your next hire starts Monday.
